1M subs 140 mou/month * 12 * 0.4 $/mou / 250M (equiv) shares = $ 2.70/share* Questions: 1.That is $2.70 revenue per share not profit. What are the expenses associated with running this constellation. If it cost $4 billion to put it up and has a useful life of 7 years the depreciation alone is $600 million. How much is the company going to spend on sales general and admin.? 2. Minor point but why are you using 40 cents per minute when the wholesale rate is 35 cents.
