Happily I can refer back to my earlier communications as to whether I believe everything I read.

I do appreciate your insistance that there are FALSE teachings within my religion, for it is always good to have to bear witness to the TRUTH of it. I think we both can agree to that. I would note that you have indeed slandered it, assumed misconceptions, and generally quoted things out of context. But that's ok with me. I'm enjoying it personally.

How have you done this you may ask:
slandered - by saying that it has FALSE teachings for one (and we'd probably have to look the term slander up in a dictionary to understand that it can ALWAYS apply to a matter of faith, being that the truth of faith is rather subjective when applied to the human whole)
misconceptions - that the Church has en mass a blind faith in whatever the Pope says and that he is God on earth (amoungst other misconceptions you've had). The Pope is God's chief disciple on earth, not His essense. He is only "infallable" when the Council of bishops have advised him and only then regarding faith/religious matters. He in no means is an infallable person, he is a sinner just like you and I.
quoted out of context - well you support your views with OT, NT, and supplemental texts as you need. 'nuf said.

on to your religion having problems:
we'll start with the typical Catholic problems with your religion -
1. it was not sanctioned by God, ie that Angel dude, whereas Catholisism was.
2. it believes that Jesus is an Angel (apparently from your posts anyway) and therefore really doesn't have authority over God or even with God. for all you believe Jesus could have been a Nephilim.
3. generally you have borrowed whatever bits you wanted from wherever you wanted to to suit your leaders' desire to control you in a direct way. this allows for a large possibility that Christ is not your savior, and therefore you will not be saved.
4. your leaders have made predictions as to the end of the world(this whole thread is a testament) when we were specifically told not only will we not know when we each shall die, but also when we all shall die. (later of course they denied saying it). Still they made predictions, which is soothsaying/reading/ whatever you want to call it and is ALSO anti-Bibical in nature.

Now if we go to the non-Catholic side we get a plethera of other problems:

"If the "organization" rigidly taught many things to new converts 25 years ago as "God's unchanging truth," but reject them today as apostate, how can you trust what they rigidly teach you as "God's unchanging truth" today? Veteran Witnesses converted 25 years ago will be disfellowshipped for continuing to believe " bible.ca

Earth will never be destroyed or depopulated ... which is in direct contrast not only to the book of Revelation, but also direct contrast to what we know about the universe.

The numbers in Revelation are 100% accurate. But Christ has stated that ANYONE who turns to Him can/will be saved. I'm guessing that 144,00 is more of a figurative number as would anyone who has ever read ANY predictions/dreams.

Who was your religion founded by... and I don't mean Jehovah. And when did this light come to him in his life?

...and then there's my opinion - Jehovah's Witnesses, they're just wack. :) (seriously I haven't had any problems with any that I've met and my mother has even converted a few)...
