He told me that the SEC was taking a deposition from the Uniprime CEO and Dr. Flores on Friday. What does this tell you? Normally the SEC doesn't take depositions. They call a trading halt and wait to see how things sort out. Mr. Baxter assured me that UPCA felt sure they have ALL of the documentation needed to support Dr. Flores claims. Would you like to buy some nice Webnodes? Um, don't forget, Flores isn't a "doctor" of any kind, far as can be determined. So you really should call him "Mr".
