TO ALL, It is my understanding that the hearing for control of Naxos has been cancelled AT FATHER GREGORYS REQUEST. Apparently, Naxos lawyers were preparing to supoena the good fathers trading records and he certainly wouldn't want those scrutinized. Father Gregory has wated more of the companies time and money and now leaves Naxos in limbo. Regardless of whether or not Father greg can raise money, he is obviously no good and no good for naxos. Based on the last release it seems to me the the only way to save our investment is to get the lithium up and running. Hopefully, naxos mgmt can accomplish that and the lithium will buy us time to complete the research on the PM's. Larry Macklin
