STIPULATED as follows: The receiver shall immediately pay to the order of ANDRAS F BABERO TRUST ACCOUNT all fundspresently on deposite in the Receiver's trust account. All funds paid to Mr. Babero by the Receiver shall remain on deposit in the trust account , pending further order of this court. The Receiver shall transfer any and all interests that she may have had insurance clms to the dbtr. 07/26/1999 138 No Order Granting [138-1] stipulation by JOSEPH B.
