Larry, How far with Father Gregory go!!! I can't believe this. He is the one who creates the need for the hearings and HE cancels the hearing? More wasted Naxos time, more wasted Naxos money, more waiting for the other shoe to drop. This is so far out of the range of reasonable and ethical behavior I can't believe there is any reason left even for his supporters to stand behind him any more.

We need to clear the deck of this issue once and for all and the hearing could have done that. Unfortunately, if his trading records were going to be pulled out in court, it creates a very bad impression as to why he now decides to cancel the hearing.

Isn't there a legal channel to force the hearing to happen anyway?

C'mon Naxos. There is only one way we are going to get the train moving again, and it's not making a "deal" with Father Gregory. Just get that Lithium up and running and let's see some independent verification of the "encouraging" gold numbers. That will get the cooled off coals in the burner fired up again. I know most will look at it as a long shot, but at least it's a shot at getting this company back on track!
