Read it on Bloomberg, I believe, today morning. But the article is not there anymore. It was, I believe, about reaction of London to the expected negative API report. Sorry about that. Next time will re-print and save.. It actually did not say that Iran is cheating, but just mentioned that it increased the production over its quota. Maybe some one else saw it too?
