GST, >> Much of the money moving back to Asia is unwinding loans made to buy US stocks. This money simply disappears as deleveraging -- no joke. Aside from the devastating effect on the hapless internet longs, this "deleveraging" business. Is it of a large enough magnitude to make a significant improvement to the global financial system ? The fact that it is happening now, is that good for the Japan economy and others in Asia ? Or will the proceeds just go to propping up an ailing system a little longer ?
