It can't be paid that EARLY but it could be. I have no idea but was told it CAN be paid early and there is a late procedure with cause <due reason>. That is phrased incorrect, when a claim is not renewed it is dead, unless a basis for an appeal upon BLM admin reasons is allowable.
Chucka-YES it is that much money( assuming that WL had the right number of claims but I showed you all how it could add up as correct with the Placer Claim Size Rule as a double check at 40 acres each claim as each LODE claim is $100 per renewal as is each Placer Claim no matter what size; 40-160 acres. See?)
