Rory: the negative re: SWN could be a jury verdict that, with interest, will be over $100 million that was returned in Oct. '98 and is now in appeal to the Arkansas Supreme Court. Investor relations "does not expect any decision from the court until late 1999 or 1st Q 2000". Considering that the market cap of Southwestern Energy is but $250 mill, this is a severe threat to their financial well being. Rich
