E-mail from Softec.... Got this this afternoon (yeah...go get that
$200,000!) - "To all Las Vegas Customers, This letter is to inform
you that a Mr. Claude Levy, one of our licensees, who represents
approximately 70 front end casinos on the Internet, has been in
breach of contract and we have decided to take action. There is
over $200,000 USD owed to Softec Systems International, and
another $100,000 USD in outstanding withdrawals and virtual
chip/e-cash balance in his customers' accounts that he refuses to
pay. Despite continual efforts on our part to rectify the situation
and convince Mr. Levy to credit these accounts, no resolution has
been reached. We are concerned that his actions will infringe upon
the reputation of the online gaming community, not only to his
customers but also the industry, and as such we will be taking
action and shutting his operation down within the next 48 hours.
This is not the first time a software provider has encountered this
type of situation with Mr. Levy.

As mentioned in the RGTonline article titled “Who' s on First”
(http://www.rgtonline.com/newspage/artlisting.cfm/2773), Handa
Lopez, Inc. (HLI) experienced these same issues with Mr. Levy in
October of last year. If you have any questions or concerns
regarding any funds you have on deposit with this casino, please
contact Las Vegas Casino directly at 1-888-228-5333 or
604-638-3400. You may also contact them via email at
support@lasvegascasino.com Warmest Regards, Softec Systems
International."
