I'm not involved in this on any level, so this is just a point of information. I have no idea what Mr. Flores' credentials are, but if he got a PhD (biochemistry etc) or an equivalent in the dental or medical field (a degree we in the US would be called a Dr.), in Europe I believe the title "Mr." also connotes the same attribute as a "Dr. over here. I'm not saying he is or he isn't, just pointing this out. Correct me if I am mistaken. When we had visiting European professors (I'm an oral surgeon) when I did my training, they were always called Mr.
