Microsoft doesnt have the network in place to kill AOL on dialup. AT&T does. Imagine if your next AT&T bill (80% of long distance customers) has an offer for free internet access.

How long do you think AOL will last? There isn't a nationwide free ISP in this country yet. All that have tried have gone broke or been miserable failures. AT&T has the cash and equipment to make it happen.
