NT 10K for CNHH says something interesting... "Registrant had a change of control during 1998 and current management is preparing its first annual report; further, management has been significantly involved in providing for increased operations during the first ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ quarter of the current fiscal year and has not sufficient depth to provide for these operations and for the more timely filing of the subject report. For these reasons, registrant has been unable to compile the required financial information into such a format so as to allow for review and completion by senior management and its current auditors prior to a more timely filing.
