BlueIce, I think that they're just trying to use the contest as away to get people to sign up to the site. I really don't think they plan to make money off this contest. From what I 've read, I get the impression that this contest has been around for many years and I don't think EVCM is the only group promoting it. I think people should be able to view there site before signing up!! I would like to be able to view the games, odds and read the rules before I send my hard earned money to Costa Rica. This is just getting started so best of luck Cash Money
