He is a very wise global strategist, he has been negative on the US mkt too often the pass couple of years. He was correct last summer.... he should not have been as bearish during Q1. When I saw him a month ago on CNBC he said the market would be higher since the SPX and DJIA rule. He made fortunes as a Hedge Fund manager in the 1960's and 1970's. He got pretty bullish on Japan last summer and that market has outperformed ours since then.
