Phil,
You should have stated your bias up front here as you did on your web page. <<Disclaimer: I AM BIASED. My personal research has convinced me that Intacs are an excellent product. I am a supporter of the company and do have a long term commitment to my stock ownership in KeraVision. >>

According to the IR person I talked to at LVCI, this is old news. It was hardly scientific. Rather it was purely anecdotal and admitted at the end of the article that there was no data about the night vision of the patients cited before surgery. In fact, the article doesn't even mention whether the procedure was PRK or LASIK.

The LVCI rep said that most of the halo/ night vision problems have been corrected by changing the laser profile. They also know the kinds of eye conditions that will have halo problems after surgery and can advise the prospective patient accordingly.

The case for Keravision can be made without dragging up weak popular press articles about laser correction surgery. There is room for both procedures.

I wish you well with your investments and admire your efforts to support them.

Bob
