I didn't like to see insider selling as I am still long on SIII but the fact is that there was a lot of it and many insiders sold major portions of their holdings - not just slaes form recently exercised options. The insiders would much rather put the ~$30,000,000 in their pockets before telling investors that anything is wrong than they would fulfill their obligations to their shareholders. This is a fact of the way stocks continue to be manipulated and we need to be aware of it in order to take defenseve action and hold the insiders accountable in thelimited ways that we can.

I agree that the industry is in overall good health and is now moving upward on another three-four year growth curve. I excpect a tech stock rally before this summer that will surprise most market observers. But that doesn't chage the fact that SIII insiders have screwed investors. Bend over.
