In the dust of this battle, we don't know the facts yet but SNMM disappointed many investors:

No one can tell if the law suit is a spite for termination of license or due to unsatisfactory performance of the software and failure of SNMM to meet some obligation to Las Vegas Casino (why SNMM didn't announce their termination of license to Las Vegas casino on July 23? why they waited till today?)

No one can tell if SNMM software is really defective or not! no testimony from other licensees that they are satisfied or not? may be others are having complaints also.

I noticed that SNMM PR after the market didn't defend their software performance and didn't address the issues that were claimed in the law suite, at least to comfort investors, but rather went to attack totally other issue which is unpayment. That was disrespectful to investors not to address the accusations made against them and that rather put them more under the cloud

Long waited SNMM financials and NASDAQ application (more than 4 months now) without any word from the company about when and why the delay?
