Placer Claims are listed so lodes are the others:
<<..Franklin Mining Camp is defined as the Amargosa River valley and all its drainage areas including: Amargosa Valley, Stewart Valley, Pahrump Valley, Forty Mile Wash and Crater Flat..>> and <<..
556 placer mining claims (SKS, P + K, Arcan, and Alkali claims), 201 lode claims (FLL claims) and mineral prospecting permits covering State Lands adjacent to the claims..>>So are the HR claims at Pahrump Valley, Forty Mile Wash, Arcan because Alkali and Stewart bust be Placer Claims. A wild guess.
SKS is Stewart Valley, a guess. Are the leases of Johnson Lake include which were sold by Kilo for a falt fee of $15,000 and a 3( or was it 3.5?)% NSR a few years ago? OK, monthly is $4,000 so that is times 12 to yield $48,000 a year- you want my guess, that is MY VALUE AS A CLAIM administrator that a dozen persons partners of a legal firm as I see on BLM file letterheads to annually service a mining companies claim program. So, I have no proof but it doesn't add up to the $70,000 that we speculated here. Now we have the exact claims:
201 LODE = $20,100 and 556 Placer Claims any guesses here..40 acres or 80 or 160? Do that math.
