Now that I've lost all of the stuff that I typed a little while ago and timed out, lets discuss DSI Toys (DSIT). Since I started this this thread let's just open it up to things that are in the SEC filings and then I'll give away some local stuff on Mr. and Mrs. Martin. The Martins' hold MVIII LLP which took over a 60% position of DSIT in a tender offer of over 4 dollars per share. The Martin's are local people to me in CA. (San Luis Obispo) so I am able to follow them quite closely through the newspapers. Let's start off with the biggy. They sold an outdoor sign business for over 600 million dollars......Got your attention? It got mine. Mr. Martin worked at Mattel years ago and has brought over one of Mattel's people to help him with DSIT....Got your attention? It got mine. More to come. Ken
