Rich, I know what you mean, but if you look at particular stocks, rather than the sector on average, some are profitable, and some have doubled in the last 3 months - you won't get that kind of performance investing in blue-chip stocks. I don't see why you favor the majors, they're way less volatile, and when the trend is up, volatility works in your favor. Buy bargains now! Fun-da-Mental
