IHTL up at the close today, almost 16%. This was recently at .49 a share and news out took it back above $1.00 It then fell back to between .79- .84 until today at the close. I suspect more news in the morning and we should see the stock go over $1.00. JMHO. I am long on the stock and it seems to fit your criteria.
