Don't know about long term, but short term...they got it by the short hairs. Look at it this way....simply.

Mr. TransPoint sales guys comes in and says we can send your bills here....then Mr. CheckFree sales guy comes in and says we can send your bills there.

Then Mr. Catbird...says, 'we'll send them there, and here.' You'd almost have to be a Michigan resident NOT to see the strategic advantage...when talking to any biller.

And IMO, that's why this joker closed at the very top of the daily trading range...and CF suffered...it's like a no-brainer.

Dahee...dahee? The only thing to shut that advantage down...is ah, CF and TP swaping bills back and forth, which is what the Exchange was suppose to do. Nullified.
