The Globe and Mail published a quote from GEAC saying they were confident the deal would be completed because of the support of JBA'a board.

What a dream. The two largest share holders are blocking this deal and will force a higher price or a cancelation of the deal. Either is likely to be negative for GEAC short term.

I do hope that a little extra cash (20% or less) will entice them. What do you think Bay Street's reaction will be to these scenarios?
