Hi SF,
The main PC(host) acts as a router, and so always has to be on. As a sanity check, I turned on power savings and tried to access the internet when the main(host) was at a suspended state, and it works fine. When the host has to virtulize to disk, it switches on without any problems and no loss of network connectivity with the local lan. Hmmm...now saying that, I've had, however, situations with some clients when the PC's hard drive goes into idle mode, it loses network connectivity.

Hope this helps.

Brian
