I continue to be amazed by the lack of professionalism by people offering professional services. Its appalling. I believe "Miss Manners" is available for private consultations. You certainly just lost a potential subscriber. Having worked my whole business career dealing with customers, I certainly know the value of all the potential customers that I come into contact with. One of the things big in corporate sales to add new clients is you never diss your competition, its tacky.
