It is not subscription fee that matters. It is availability. I'd like to pay $60/month to have TCI@Home, but I can NOT get it. It is simply not available in my area. I was told by @home rep that by yearend, it will be available in my area. I doubt it. It is not like ISP, since I can switch to ISP I like in a second for $20/month. The TCI@Home is what I want but I am unable to get it. $40/month is already reasonably good enough, don't you see today that Dell charges $29/month for limited access, then extra phone line. Larry Z
