Salah makes some good points about where this company is

But I tend to believe the decisive factor in the effectiveness of a new CEO is to leave NO AMBIGUITY as to who now speaks for the company as far as the press goes.

This is exactly the wrong time for any infighting from the current management malecontents to spread out to the press in any form. The message from Brainshare should be the one that inspired the troops and it should be carried to every Novell CNE.

I don't want to read about infighting or Marengi anymore in the press. If Marengi is doing this then he isn't helping Novell.

What really worries me is this meeting with Young, Marengi, and Schmidt. Schmidt must have a free hand not one reaching up at him out of the grave.
