What puzzles me is that earlier, ICHG made a runup in the 20-s,
then fell back, just recently coming down to the current low level.

ICHG has all these sites coming along, especially the latest
for SHOPPINGDOWNTOWN with Winners Internet Network.
WINR has also been knocked down in price ( even with EPS of
.01 1Qtr99 and .04 2Qtr99 ).

Is there something brewing up ???

Also, any news of when SHOPPINGDOWNTOWN is due open to the public ?
