Jeff: Imagine if X-stream can keep that pace up, doubling their subscriber base every 4 months. They must have picked up clients that dropped out from FreeServe along with new clients to the Internet. How many shares does FreeServe have issued? I'm reading from post 2356 that Dixon, which will retain an 80% stake in FreeServe after the offering, sold 63 million shares while FreeServe issued 90 million new shares. Does that mean FreeServe has 153 million shares issued? (63+90). If there was a great demand, that would mean the share value would rise benefiting their shareholders, so what's this about "a further 22.9 million will be sold if demand warrants"? Why can't they come out and state the number of shares issued rather than this confusion? The same thing on the day of FreeServe's IPO - 222 pence in London which is about US$3.55 and US$33.00/share on the Nasdaq. I still can't figure that one out.??
