TA count 7-26 3:15PM 122,707,105. Up 500,000 from 7-21.

I have heard the conversions are completed. I'm waiting to see if there is a last share pull. I assume Gordon got his 7m also. I would have. I also hear the outstanding should stop at about 150m including the new PP.

I would also assume the 3m preferred filing has to do with the new PP.

I'm calling Gordon today to get his input in order to put some confirmation on what I've heard from the outside. Hope he is in and receiving.
