NR out this am. Not much detail, so I called SUF and was told that the Messina (the publicly traded vehicle on the JSE) needed to make a very similar statement, so SUF duped it here in Canada.

Basically, the acquisition process is moving along nicely, with the 120 day clock starting now. They seemed very confident about this deal.

I know the cash flow/earnings are due soon. I sure hope SUF doesn't put out something important like that just before the long, holiday weekend.

I'll look for a URL on the de Beers call warrants, but it seems like they might trade on the JSE only. Maybe trading on the JSE is a good thing. ;-)
