(OTC BB: WCTI), announced today that it has filed an application with The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. for listing on Nasdaq. This application follows the previously announced submission by the company of a Form S-1 Registration Statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. WCTI also announced that it has received comments from the SEC on their S-1 filing and will be responding to them within the next two weeks. Kenneth W.
