I checked with E*Trade and since I have a margin account, my agreement states that I would allow E*Trade to loan the stock out. So I cannot request that E*Trade not loan the shares.

HOWEVER, I CAN request the certificates. And since I live about a stones throw from them, they told me that I would have the certs within a week.

They're heading home.
