Not so hot, we just haven't seen anything we would want at a price we could afford. It's still a seller's market, my gut reaction is that the pressure is off somewhat, houses aren't moving as fast as they were, now that the rate hike is a fait accompli. Interest rates seem to have reached a plateau at 7.5%. But not much inventory coming on the market. We're stuck looking for an existing home because there aren't any vacant lots in the areas we are interested in, and all the new developments are huge houses on tiny lots, which we don't want.

How are things going on the house hunting expedition?
