I know the feeling well, Hugh. I thought I was a possible genius buying it up at .41 and .42 recently. One problem is you have to buy at asking and sell at bid on the OTC so I think you'd still have to pay .38 for more. As you posted recently, lack of news is a good way to kill a stock. So is increased supply. We've had both lately. However, if it's any comfort the last financing was at .50 and we have a major geophysical and drilling program underway. Someday they'll either release news or have a major leak. Meanwhile, it looks like a tight ship - no leaks and no news.
