If anyone buys 5,000 PCNA @ 4 3/4, PCNA will base in the 5s. Information: On Monday, Internet Stock Market Resources will mail 18,000 investors and recommend they consider PCNA as an opportunity. Also, at least 1 press release will be released before the launch of thelegalsource.com, PCNA's legal Web portal. (Think WebMD for lawyers.) At least 1 press release will be released before the launch of PCNA's America's Legal Super Store, built in partnership with Value America. Finally, the media will cover PCNA's showcase at the National Bar Association's convention. PCNA's float is a meager 1.7M shares. I believe the upside is real. My recommendation: Buy it now, and watch it grow, then soar.
