This reply is definitely overdue to you Gerald but seems appropriate given today's events.

First, let me say that I never claimed to be an "expert" in criminology, only a "dabbler." Please read my posts more carefully in the future if you are going to respond to them.

Second, I sat back and thought about what you had to say and decided to click on your profile. After studying your posts carefully, especially recent ones, and noting that your occupation is listed as "attorney" I have definitely come to the conclusion that you think that you are in a courtroom or similar venue when responding to posts on SI and can thus browbeat and badger anyone that disagrees with your own and other's assertions. This technique is fine in the courtroom but certainly leaves a lot to be desired when dealing with other investors on SI.

I also think that asking questions in good faith on SI, regardless of how ludicrous they might seem to yourself and certain others may actually be far more healthy in the long run for everyone investing in this company. I hope that you think long and hard about what I am saying. If you do you will probably slowly come to realize that the entire Bre-X affair is rather ludicrous, a modern-day gold-rush where most involved did their prospecting in the comfort of their own homes -- why couldn't the myriad of future probabilities be ludicrous as well? Trying to scare off or silence any negative sentiment or questions directed towards Bre-X like I asked may seem like a good idea to the near-sighted but as you can obviously see, based solely upon today's events, you're not doing anyone including yourself any favours.

In conclusion, since the news-radio playing in the background of my office has just announced that Freeport says that it has found nothing of any substance I think all I have left to say to you is lay off the "bold" in your responses.
