Hi all,....Equisure Financial normal course issuer bid Equisure Financial Network Inc EFN Shares issued 20,750,992 1999-07-23 close $6 Friday Jul 23 1999 TSE Bulletin 99-0920 The Toronto Stock Exchange has accepted a notice of intention from Equisure Financial Network to make a normal course issuer bid to purchase up to 1,589,579 of its common shares, being 10 per cent of the public float of the common shares issued and outstanding as of July 16, 1999. Purchases will be made on the open market through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange. Purchases pursuant to the bid may begin July 27, 1999. The bid expires no later than July 26, 2000.
