Joe, You will be very pleased with your Bonesuckin' Sauce. Peach just ordered some also. It is great on fish and though I've never been one for BBQed steaks, I use Bonesuckin' Sauce on all steaks now. If you have a elk back strap (or a rib eye or New York if you are a flat lander) with some Bonesuckin' Sauce on it and you will always want to use Bonesuckin' Sauce on steaks.
