NEW YORK, Jul 28, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE via COMTEX) -- Multex.com (Nasdaq: MLTX) today announced an agreement with Yahoo! Inc. (Nasdaq: YHOO), a leading global Internet media company, to become a premier provider of access to brokerage research on Yahoo!(R) Finance (http://finance.yahoo.com), the Web's leading financial information site (Media Metrix, May 1999). Yahoo! Finance users will now be able to easily access brokerage research reports through an integrated search box with the Multex Investor Network, a leading site on the Internet for investment research from the top firms on Wall Street.
Through the agreement, Yahoo! Finance users researching a company through the Company Profile, SEC Filings and Insider Trading pages on Yahoo! Finance will be able to link directly to a full listing of research from over 250 investment banks, brokerage firms and independent providers of analysis provided by Multex.com's Multex Investor Network (http://www.multexinvestor.com).
