ATI delivers blistering graphics to Apple's new notebook computer for the
consumer and education markets
TORONTO, July 28 /CNW-PRN/ - ATI Technologies Inc. (TSE:ATY, NASDAQ:ATYT)
announced today that Apple has selected an ATI RAGE(TM) Mobility-based
graphics chip, with integrated memory, for its new iBook portable computer
designed for the consumer and educational markets.
In addition to ATI's mobile graphics accelerator, the iBook also includes
a PowerPC G3 300MHz processor, built-in CD-ROM and optional wireless Internet
connection.
