Mohan _ thackeray is not screwed up. He is THE MAFIA pf Maharashtra and as such is making sure that he gets respect thats due him.

The problem is that the Govt. is not strong and too many poor people to care what he does, specially when he throws them a bone every now and then.

BTW this phenomenon is present everywher in the world including the US. Theer was an article in LATimes last sunday about the Southland becoming a hot spot of Pirated software (u should read it, the head honcho is an Indian living within a mile of my very small town. The article goes on to say that the reason it continues is because the penalties are small for the millions of dollars involved.

The reason, people dont care and have no sympathy for Microsoft, a $500 BILLION co. and whose chairman is worth 100 Billion. They feel he must be overcharging for his products and deserves to lose the meager amount of money.
