CH, if social ills could be solved by jawboning, I'm sure they would have been solved by now. If there were a simple solution, don't you think we'd have found it?
I say, it's a nice city. You say, it's got social problems. I say, all big cities have social problems, at least on the East Coast, name one that doesn't. You don't respond. You say, D.C. doesn't have enough social programs. I say, it's got social programs, name one it doesn't have that it needs. You don't respond. You say, the government is inefficient. You know what? I think you've got an agenda, and you're gonna distort or ignore everything that doesn't fit your agenda. So, please yourself.
