Hi again, PB. One of the things that I really like about Midway is their "Round Up" program that allows donations to the NRA with an order. I fully support the NRA, but I hate to send them money or even respond to their polls. As soon as I respond to them in any way, my mailbox gets stuffed with tons of their mail. So, to save wear and tear on my mailbox, to ease the burden of my poor mailman, and to save the NRA the expense, I just add whatever seems right to my Midway purchase. Good deal for all of us. New subject: Just heard on CNBC that the heat wave has killed several people in St Louis. All were elderly, without air conditioning, and had their windows closed and locked (I presume out of fear of intruders). Seems to me that since air conditioners are so scarce, the local cops should issue them confiscated guns so they would be able to open their windows without fear. Makes sense to me! jim
