so far there is no free ISP available in Austria as far as i know. the charges levied by the phone companies for data transfers are pegged at a special rate - about $3/hr. from 6:00am to 6:00pm and about $1/hr. thereafter. the ISP costs about $25 per month, but prices vary. note that Austria is a very small market. hb
