Lingerfelt - so you joined the ''diversity is a hedge against ignorance'' club huh !

<< TMR, MEXP, TEXP comprise 80% of holdings. All holdings are in small E&P's. Not trading at all anymore because convinced I have optimal portfolio now.>>

... when you follow a sector religiously for a year, or more - you get to know some companies like the back of your hand, know the trading patterns, in some cases know who the strong & weak hands are institutionally, know insider buy/sell trends, the trading patterns off of good/bad news/earnings etc. This loading up in 3,4 stocks is NOT as crazy as it sounds; - ''IF" you know these companies as well as the one you work for etc ...

TEXP, TMR are nice plays; I like CRK because they are like a coiled spring with upcoming production & increased capex spending being held off untill the hedges come off - and the undervalued, laggard performance they've had because of the hedges... it will soar come mid October. HSE I like as it has more cfps & eps leverage to rising nat gas prices than nearly any other E&P and is 80%+ in Nat Gas... and trades at a ridiculously low multiple of cfps here right now. RRC for the reason mentioned earlier and that it's retraced 20% from it's high/spike off of it's joint venture press release on low volume.

good luck - looks a nice portfolio...
