REPORT FROM WINR'S SHAREHOLDER MEETING TODAY: a "must read"
Remember this was held in Europe because that is where most of their offices and future revenue will come from.
perhaps the highlight of Reinhard's report: "Dave Skinner Jr. told me that he got an explosive number of inquiries from Casinos last night because of the dispute between LVC and SNMM!"

Yes, I'm back from the share holder meeting. Shortly: I was the only external share holder who attended the meeting. The others were from WINR and partners (Dr. Reinhard Proksch) In the meeting the directors for the next year were elected: - David C. Skinner, Jr. - Chad A. Millward ; former Airforce member, now responsible for the administration of the WINR Network - Ronald Oehri, owner of theSupraNet
SEC filing is on time and will take place next week, accompanied with a PR. We discussed in detail the banking business. WINR will build the bridge between US-and the European banking society (to be an ally, not a rival!). Negotiations are under way with the very top banks in Europe. Announcements in this business can only be done when contracts are signed. David Skinner Jr. expects that revenues from banking transactions will account for substantially more than 50% of all WINR revenues in approximately 12-to 18 month (=the very latest). We discussed the name SecureNet-Plus, I asked if it will be protected by a TM. A.: No. The name was chosen because it was available for the different domain names. If any problems arise with the name, they are free to change it. Marketing was a big issue, because I asked for some actions to lift the stock price. All were very disappointed with the stock price, it never reflects the situation and progress of the company. Mr. Skinner said that they will add an additional PR firm before the end of the year. We discussed what other actions (beside SEC-filing and NASDAQ-listing,=one of the most important) can be started. David Skinner Sr. asked me what I propose. I answered that from my point of view it is frustrating that I can't find anything in the Internet when searching for their partners, Cyberlink Monetary System or CyberlinkTrust, even the homepage of Dr. Proksch (P&A) tells me nothing. That he found a good point. Another proposal from my side was to participate on international fairs in the banking sector.(I gave them a special hint). I got the impression that they didn't consider this until now, because they said that they will discuss this with Dr. Keppler from Ernst & Young. My third suggestion was to announce a contract or partnership with a major European bank. But the problem I outlined above. But I think they would be grateful for every good suggestion.
Now one message many of the board members are awaiting eagerly:
Dave Skinner Jr. told me that he got an explosive number of inquiries from Casinos last night because of the dispute between LVC and SNMM!!!!
Conclusion: the main purpose to attend the share holder meeting was to meet Messrs. Skinners and Dr. Proksch personally and to get an impression from their knowledges and commitments. And I was very impressed, especially David Skinner Sr., who answered almost all questions about the banking issue, seems to be an absolute professional! So, may be we won't see the stock price sky rock because of this report, but I'm now very confident that we will be much richer in a couple of month!
