of Beacon Light Holding Corporation (NASDAQ OTC BB "BLHG") Jerry
Gruenbaum announced today that BLHG has retained Lloyd Wade
Securities, Inc., of Dallas, Texas as Investment Bankers. LWS has been
retained to explore potential Mergers and Acquisitions of new products
and companies. Jerry Gruenbaum went on to say that LWS will also
assist with the financing for the recently announced initial purchase
orders, for the XinHui Beacon Plastics Joint Venture, valued at nearly
$50,000,000 for the first year of operation.
